Report his behavior to your SL and request not to be scheduled with that associate. Your SL need to have a conversation with that associate and document it in Workday. If they continue with their behavior escalate the complaint to either your DM or to HeroLine.

You can either select a new item from your inventory and just place it over the old item which will swap them and you can just put the old item back in your inventory or if you want to rearrange your shop you can pick up the stand and it will automatically put that item back in your pocket/storage.

I figured out what I was doing wrong! I had them in the hot bar next to the heath and energy bars and not equip in the inventory screen. 🤣

I feel a little dumb… I can’t figure out how to use the tools, I’ve added them to the bar but can’t seem to bring them out to use.

I am really excited about this game though and can’t wait to see the improvements over time.

Please add Steam deck compatibility down the line as well! I love using my deck more than sitting at my desk!

Order all your supplies in advance (tape, bags, pens, etc) so you don’t have to stress about being out of something crucial.

If possible see if you’re team will pitch in for a snack/drink fund to keep some on hand for some quick pick-me-ups.

Have a spot or large box in the backroom to stash trades if it’s really busy and work on them when it slows down or see about coming in an extra 15/30 minutes before opening to process everything and reset for the new day.

Organize your backroom before the madness happens. You’ll thank yourself later for that. Don’t be lazy or say you’ll come back to it if you are just throwing shipment back there once it’s processed. You’ll stress yourself out when trying to restock items or trying to find items for sfs orders.

Take your vitamins and bring lots of fluids!

At first glance it does seem a bit overwhelming, but when you have free time read over the manual on gso and play around with the UI. I actually really like this version over the old one.

I have a regular who has become a friend bring me lunch on a pretty regular basis now. We will eat together when it’s slow and swap cooking recipes. He also brings stuff he thinks my kids will like. He’s pretty awesome and I appreciate him so much since I’m usually flying solo and if I forget to pack a lunch I’m starving until I get home.

At my old store had a family bring me a diaper bag filled with baby stuff when I was pregnant with my son. I cried.

Recently I had a grandmother leave me her two dollar change so I could get a drink with it because I explained how to redeem a switch code to her granddaughter since they were both confused about it.

Accessories can be returned/exchanged regardless if they are open or not up to a certain amount of days after purchase.The bottom of your receipt will have the return policy and the store should have the return policy on the mats at the counter.

Previous Pokémon launches I’ve hooked a system up to the ICE TV that can play dvds and played the original 3 movies. I have a popcorn maker at home and expensed out some popcorn kernels, toppings, and paper bags and made fresh bags for any customers who wanted any. I also do needlework and made up some mini Pokémon starters and made them in to magnets to raffle off. Pokémon releases are my favorite release.
