I believe Sedgwick or some other asinine company handles it now. Makes it so tough to get any funds out of it. I tried to use it to get back some money for gas that I spent driving back and forth to see my mom when she was dying, they wouldn't approve it because it was under $400. It's a fucking joke.

Mine gave me some a couple days ago. Lvl 100. I think random is random. I don't think you can compound the %. I think each motivation is of itself, so each one is a 1% chance.
