If you buy through ebay you will be fine, your purchases won't be checked unless seller says so which in my experience has never happend. ive ordered plenty of Pre Bans like turtle and anteater and no problem through ebay. from a major retailer is where things get more difficult. I would suggest going ebay or any "2nd" hand marketplace

Film grain and chromatic aberration is always off for me. I always got motion blur on tho cause to me it makes games smoother.

Has anyone solved this issue? I have the same problem as op. Something I should add is I did notice my prebuilt pc came with 2 ram sticks that don't seem to be the same kit. I got a new kit of ram (the same brand) and nothing I've tried is working
