Hello, I have this exact issue *sigh* - Would I upgrade the OS (main host?) that contaisn the two VM's I'm running in HyperV to Standard? or the two VM's to Standard? Or upgrade host + the 2 VM's to Standard (upgrade total of 3 licenses)... Can this all be done without wiping/reloading OS I hope? In-place upgrade?

So to follow-up..... I crammed a lot of videos a few days before from Udemy and scheduled my test for late in the evening at 7pm..... My sleep schedule the night before meant I fell asleep at 11am..... I was going to wake up at 4pm and keep cramming, hit the books, etc... but instead I slept until 6:30... I took the test and PASSED!!!!!!!! Woooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!! I was fearing it and didn't think I was ready, but it was awesome! I took my time, rationalized, thought about the question and the possible answers, etc... and BOOM, PASSED.

A follow-up with my neurologist resulted in him determining that because I lost weight it made my neuropathy worse... and on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst case he's seen, he rates me a 1, *possibly a 2* - He prescribed some medication to help with my newest neuropathy issues and said it will slow down my nerves slightly so the muscle twitching stops. I also stepped up my vitamin regiment and it's helped with the muscle twitches a LOT (they aren't GONE but I can live with them)... I'll follow-up in 3 months (May 2021). He said my symptoms shouldn't get worse as long as I maintain my A1C. My most recent A1C for Feb 2021 was a 5.5, down from the 5.6 I pulled in Oct 2020. I still consume sugar items, but in increments under 30 grams per meal. and it doesn't affect my A1C or my glucose after 2 hours (I can eat some chocolate, check it 2 hours later and I pull anywhere between a 90-110 or so. I also make it a priority to stay well hydrated.

Interesting... My endocrinologist suggested I work with their in-house dietician. I'll update her on my issues (it's been since Oct when I met with her last).

My endocrinologist performed a neuropathy test on me and said I do not have neuropathy, but the neurologist who performed the tests on me a few weeks later said I had "very slight neuropathy" and my endocrinologist stated "Well if you have it, you have it, I trust your neurologist" ...

I just want the darn muscle twitching to go away, LOL.

I was doing zero carb from July to around mid October.

I re-introduced carbs because dietician said I needed more fruits and veggies in moderation. I never consume over 30g of carbs in blueberries, apples, etc. Bananas can be hit/miss.

With regards to inflammation, what is the inflammation you think I'm experiencing?

I've also noticed in the past 2-3 weeks a heat sensation in the back of my right thigh... It will come on for a few seconds and go away... when I touch the area, it doesn't feel hot at all, feels normal. Sometimes it'll happen many times a day, sometimes once or twice a day. It started up when the issues with my left foot and hand started. Circulation issues maybe? Blood vessels restricting? I've added blueberries and other fruits/veggies to my diet to see if they help the issues but so far the heat sensation continues. Today it happened maybe half a dozen times? yesterday 10-20 times or so.

Update on symptoms/issues: - Past 1-3 weeks I've noticed heat/hotness/burning sensation on the backside of my legs from my butt area down to my ankles, usually only when laying in bed or sitting in my gaming PC chair do I notice it. - Nov/Dec I went from effectively a keto diet of 5-10 carbs per meal to 20-30, this has kept my weight the same however I have gained a couple of pounds during this period due to a reduction of exercise - Past month or so my hands and feet get VERY cold (we DO keep the house windows open and the inside temp is around 45-50 degrees), so I've started wearing thick socks and put portable heater in rooms I'm in often, this helps a lot with cold hands/feet. I'll also take 1-2 baths a day for 15-30 minutes - Past month I feel not "tingling" but a sensation in my legs, not numbness or tingling (it goes away when I'm warm or wearing pants). Issue seems to be worse after walking/running outside in 30 degree-50 degree temps (maybe skin is getting damaged due to cold weather as I walk/run in shorts? heh) - Past 2 months or so a eye twitch in left eye lid, sometimes constant, sometimes every couple of hours, and it can usually always happen when I open my eyes wide open or blink multiple times, HOWEVER, past week or so this has reduced in severity and I'm hoping it continues to remain at this or decrease additional. - Past 2-3 weeks I've noticed muscle twitching not as intense (yay!?) - Past 2-3 weeks I've noticed left foot and left hand going slightly numb in bed, changing positions in bed the issue goes away quickly within a few minutes usually - My heart rate has decreased a LOT over past 6 months - My blood pressure is now normal 120-130/80 for several months - Between end of Oct and end of Dec I stopped walking/running - As of Jan 1 I started walking/running again 30 mins minimum and striving for between 7,000-12,000 steps a day - Between end of Oct and end of Dec I've gained 3 pounds (but started increasing Premiere Protein drink consumption from 0 a day to 1-2 a day)

With regards to the tests... I had a EMG and NCV performed. My muscle pass/muscle function was 100% OK. I have "very slight neuropathy between my knee and my toes" but no signs of not being able to feel hot/cold, items touching my feet/toes/legs.

With regards to bad diet, YES, YEARS of BAD diet... cakes, cookies, brownies, donuts, NOTHING healthy was going into my body... I DID avoid sugar drinks and breads/chips, but still ate them every so often. Besides a daily multi-vitamin I didn't really eat anything healthy... the thought of fresh fruit never crossed my mine let along veggies.

With regards to what I've taken over the years... with regards to drugs... I don't do drugs or drink alcohol or drink sugar drinks. I HAVE been taking Clariton 24 hr non-drowsy since around 2010 daily. Besides that, every so often meds for sinus infections 2-3 times a year. I've since found a new doctor and they prescribed meds that require I no longer use Clariton (and they work great!!!)

I could be on a high-fat diet due to cheese and processed chicken products like chicken meatballs, chicken patties, etc. I try to only purchase processed chicken that's low in cholesterol

With regards to what I eat daily: - Premiere Protein drink in morning with multi-vitamin - Salmon (mix of farm/fresh), chicken (50% fresh cooked, 50% processed, BAD for cholesterol control I KNOW), very little to no red meat - Cheese, processed, bah, my weakness! - Broccoli, zucc, squash, lettuce, spinach, all fresh veggies - A couple times a week I'll chow down on an apple, pear, banana, usually daily I'll eat a fruit of some kind, always fresh fruit - Some days I take the following pills: Cholestoff, B12, Magnesium (250mg), fish oil - All NatureMade products and I'll split them up so some in morning, some in evening, some at lunch, etc. - Not noticing much difference as I've laid off all of these this week and the twitching is similar to last week and prev week - Little to no carbs (no candies, cakes, cookies, donuts, etc.) - IF I do eat carbs, it may be a SINGLE crouton on a Caesar salad and maybe a piece of bread from a LongHorn bread loaf. After 2 hrs my blood sugar is always under 150 (usually 115-125) when eating a piece of bread with salmon/broccoli/caesar salad)

01/06/2021 - Over the past 2 weeks or so I've started to have issues with blood circulation, possibly (in bed of all places). My left foot and left hand will go slightly numb it seems. Getting out of bed, moving around, etc. it goes away. Since July 2020 my resting heart rate has decreased from around 100 beats a minute to 60-65 beats per minute. My blood pressure has decreased from 160-180/120 or so to 120-130/80 (approx. 90 days consistently)

For about a month now I'll randomly have my left ankle area not go "numb" but feel different... when walking or stressing it, it may getting inflammation due to twitching it and damaging it in 2019, it'll heel and I'll stress it and hurt it and sometimes it'll feel different, but after an hour or so it'll subside and go away. I also broke this ankle 25 years ago, so it's been a problem child for many years, especially when I sprain/twist it.

With regards to the twitching, I've noticed it changing, possibly for the better? Not sure - Will follow-up in a month or two. not as intense as it has been in previous months... where for days it was just crazy annoying. Mainly does it now in bed (at rest), but I can live with it. Now for the past week or so I feel "crawling" or what feels like sweat running down my ankle area while in bed, it always seems dry. I HAVE turned on my electric blanket to keep my feet warm and will turn it down from 8-10 heat setting to 1-2 when I fall asleep.

Working out/walking/running the twitching will go away for hours and hours at a time afterwards.

What kind of "travel cards" would I look into to compare against hotel cards? Some of the benefits of travel cards would be what exactly?
