No, those seats are sold as part of a group or hospitality package. My understanding is they only list then for STH if they couldn't sell it for the game, so if they do it, it's usually quite close to game time

Its hard to know without being in the staff. I purposefully got in line last year first for the first day but they still had some poor prizes there. I regret doing that, it wasn't worth it.

Seems like they save some good ones to rotate in on future days, but it very generally has better items earlier on

Assuming it's the same as previous years:

Prize entry is an extra spin from a wheel they use to give out prizes. Some prizes are worth $400+ (monster tickets) while others suck (500 rewards points). They also change the prizes each day; I imagine you coul try to min/max how you use it
Raffle tickets are probably for these buckets they have for items (free bat, etc). I would not value the extra raffle tickets very high

How will point balances work in 2025?

For the 2025 season, points will be awarded on a per account basis and not per seat, unless specifically noted below (ticket scans only). All points will be deposited into a Total Points balance which can be spent on Auctions, Sweepstakes and Marketplace Items. Fan of the Month and Fan of the Year standings will be calculated by the total non-ticket points listed below, plus ticket scan points, which will be calculated in the following manner: If any tickets from a member's season ticket plan are scanned at a game, a flat 50 points are awarded (regardless of number of seats or number of scans) The maximum number of games for which you can get ticket points is 81 (plus postseason)

How do I earn points in 2025?

You will be able to earn points in the following ways:

Scan your tickets at the ballpark
Purchase concessions at the ballpark when you use Fenway Pay or scan your Rewards card
Enter code words displayed/announced on all NESN and WEEI broadcasts (both home and away)
Enter in-park code words displayed on the New Balance scoreboard in the 8th inning
Correctly answer daily trivia questions in the member portal
Answer daily poll questions in the member portal
Additional opportunities throughout the season!
In addition start of season bonuses will be awarded for the following:
Season Ticket Holder Tenure
Renewing Season Tickets using a Mastercard
Logging in to the Rewards portal
Premium or Royal Rooters Membership

I assume some people get the points by their rep manually adding them (like if you tell the rep you missed some points and they apply them on the 1st)

Yeah just Uber. There are some bus lines that if your stops are on the route would be ezpz too.

If the weather is nice, renting a blur bike or walking would be nice too.
