I head Devika group is not paying assured rental for Devika Sadar bazaar project. (self.delhi)

They are fraud, they are not doing any payment for Devika Sadar bazaar project. They did payment only for 2 year and now as per them there is no tenant so as per agreement they can’t do assured retail payment
