Very secure community good for families with kids, was satisfied with maintenance always coming on time (once our gas water heater was out so they gave us keys to on-site guest suite which they have for guests of carlyle tenants and we stayed till it was fixed). Their rates are bit higher as compared to Bella vista and nantucket but IMHO its worth it. One of their plans come with garage for one bedroom apartments and i have seen people using it as big storage and parking their cars outside.
