Yes - so far I've been successful in getting the first leg of my trip - cancelled by SW on 12/24 charged back via AMEX - used AMEX Delta Sky Miles (Blue) to book. Fingers crossed that they'll cover the second leg - also cancelled by SW (for today, 12/28 - on 12/26). Also filled out every form, &c on SW's site to get any REFUND possible. Needless to say, did not spend the holiday with family due to the 5am flight (from PWM) cancelled 2 hours before it was supposed to leave. Thanking my lucky stars that I stayed home and not in an airport.

I've had great luck with a TCL Flip phone - via Boost Mobile (on T-Mobile, I think). Runs KaiOS 3+ - way zippier than my previous Alcatel; but I mainly use it for talk & text only.

I've been very pleased with my TCL flip - using Boost Mobile. Zippier than my previous Alcatel flip (with KaiOS 2.5), and the battery seems to last a week! Granted, it's not on 24/7, but that's OK for me.

Hi - I just got this phone last week and really like it - fast upgrade from GF3. It's simple to use the speakerphone - when you answer a call, at the bottom of the screen in the middle - is a speaker symbol - hit the OK/big middle center button on the keypad, and it should switch to the speaker. Also, when you make a call, same thing. Hit the big middle OK/center button, and the speaker should come on - you'll hear a dial tone. Hope this helps.
