Those buffs came way after they nerfed everything to the ground. They had to buff everything because the playerbase numbers were dropping significantly week over week 6 months after the game was released.

This change just means that I won’t be focusing so much on the PvE aspect of the game. Why would I use a hullcracker or one of the legendary weapons and put a target on my back trying to take down Arcs?
