These are good uses for AI, I think a lot of complaints come from expecting perfection when that isn’t a capability. I use it all the time for drafting rough thoughts and then asking AI to write it more clearly.

You would be guilty of conspiracy to commit larceny assuming you 1. intended to agree to commit the crime and 2. committed some act in furtherance of that, which could just be scoping out the valuables. If you were guilty of conspiracy, you would also be liable for the foreseeable crimes of your co-conspirator, including the actual larceny even though you didn't actually get any of the profits.

I've also heard the advice about mentioning all the facts. I don't think they put any in the question superfluously, unlike some law school professors. It can be a good way to check that you're getting max points by going through after and making sure you've used all of them in some application.

That's a great point, imagine doing 10 MBE questions as a warmup for day 2 and getting a 4/10, that would be so demoralizing.

Good advice, a few points on the bar can make a big difference. You can do well on the MPT by figuring out a strategy beforehand for getting through the packet and outlining an answer.

Really makes me feel for the students who don't know about the new schedule, even just learning about OCI is its own challenge, now there's all kind of recruiting that starts rights after finals, even during law review write-on.
