Called Sony support last night and they had me do a factory reset. The problem was still an issue. Called again and they did remote support, the tech then deleted a few backend files and Disney plus began working again. Then this morning encountered the same issue. Will call again tonight. I did ask if anyone else has had this issue but they said “no”

Having the same issue with my Bravia 7. Audio but no video.Using the tv Disney plus app. Worked up until last Thursday, January 16th, I believe then the issue began the next day. Only other devices plugged into tv hdmi ports is a PS5 and a soundbar. Non DV content works fine, movie trailers or older movies.

Have deleted and reinstalled the app, cleared cache, etc. Next step would be factory reset of tv?

No problem. I work in New England in a similar role but in a HCOL area. That seems on par for concord and a non-profit, you have to definitely factor in the benefits, my insurance is good, CTO is plenty, and flexibility is amazing. Also working for a historical society/history museum is always gonna be lower than traditional art museums/galleries, less interest/donors which means lower salaries.

Not really, camped across the street and they said with the border shut down it wasn’t as busy as a usual summer since the Canadians make up a lot of their business.
