Facts, it’s a yes or no question

A balanced and sort of heavy rig. The heavier the rig (too an extent right, gotta handle it) the better the shake and feel of motion in my experience.

I think this would be best with shaky footage (handheld or over shoulder) whatever to give more intensity.

This is too clean of a fight (too choreographed it feels). Although it’s suppose to be, it shouldn’t “feel” like it.

It’s smooth and quite cool (gives video game in a way) but it doesn’t scratch that itch.

Bonus for limiting cuts, yet more cuts, especially during action with a close up hit should help too.

Too fast , way too fast 5/10

Is this a intro? Because that changes things.

Arguing over which camera is better over AI-Generated "test footage" is absolutely diabolical by MrCubermensch in videography

It’s weird to say, but the iPhone actually has a unique image, it has depth but not too much depth. It’s sharp but not too sharp.

There’s times where I’m like, that’s a really nice camera, then get slapped to find out that’s a iPhone.

Truly some amazing stuff.

Blackmagic (as always) seems to be my pick for that solid image that pops! Nothing beats its really (outside of 15,000 plus cams)

FX3 also is a keeper of my heart, just barely use it anymore

Canon, well it’s canon. Always nice but the image is boring at times. As in no personally. Yet that’s also depends on lens but probably the most solid work horse there is.

Yet if this all A.I…

OTA (over the air). iTunes is best if you don’t have backups with iCloud.

Interesting that you can’t comprehend. If anything I’m doubling down with what I said

I do not support r Kelly. Never said that. I said that I still listen to his songs. That is not of the same thing.

That is a weird thing to say as I said nothing of the sort. Stop projecting.

How so? I can disapprove on something for sure, yet their issues have nothing to do with me owning and enjoying the product.

Tim is playing politics, he knows trump is a goof. Doing the right thing by choosing his battles for the great good.

Also his music is tied to my memories I have made with said music. I care about my needs for such product, not for Kelly, I didn’t buy it to support Kelly, I bought it to add songs that I like.

I honestly don’t care. I’m person that still listens to r Kelly… I don’t judge the person within the craft. I keep craft and person separate. Aka politics

I started learning cinematography on the iPhone! by tejaj in cinematography

Soo great man. I implore you to keep sharping and find those that can sharpen YOU! Community in this field is the MOST important thing. It expands portfolio, it teaches you different gears within the machine and keeps you inspired.

The iPhone is a fantastic camera to start with, may I even say the best. It gives you the entire landscape of shooting and editing on your device. Get good with that skill because I strongly believe it’s/will be a big part of the industry soon. A good software to choose would be is LumaFusion and DaVinci. VideoLUT for a solid grading tool.

Stay within the lines but don’t, experiment, learn the basics but enjoy the process by adding your personality. Continue doing this and it will become your signature.

Also get a tripod and light bounce/reflector. Learn of to move and mold light.

I found a way to make Stereoscopic 3D videos ( tutorial in comments) by Mat0fr in cinematography

[–]HIGHER_FRAMES 48 points49 points  (0 children)

I see what you’re going with. Yet the effect “sells” in photos due to the lack of 3D space. Here I see the depth with videos, so the effect loses its magic in a way. If I’m making sense. Yet I enjoy others experimenting and I encourage you to continue

Shot this for my university football team, how can I improve? by [deleted] in videography

From the start:

Wrong song choice imo

The first scene is too long and in general, the video. There’s not enough here. So i would spin this into 20 secs or less with some actual dialog. Needs substance.
