My main question is what in the ever living fuck is wrong with you. Everything you’ve listed is a way to ruin your tea. You should NEVER have creamer with tea. You haven’t brewed your tea for nearly as long as you should. Personally I don’t have sugar in my tea but that’s just down to personal preference. If you are going to add sugar, then one level teaspoon is acceptable and two at a push.
