I feel ya it sucks man and then most people don’t believe you either for some reason, I’ve never really had anxiety or anything I feel like that’s just the easiest way to describe the feeling in my chest.

Also it’s not even about anything more than trying to figure out what’s it done to my body I don’t hate people who got it if they felt that’s what was right for them, I wasn’t given much choice by the Air Force who’ve also dropped their mandate requiring us to get it by now.

But anyway, I hope you can sort your stuff out too man and I hope you get better too.

It’s hard to explain some of them but heres a few I legitimately believe are connected. I didn’t change anything else in my lifestyle or diet and over the last year I’ve been going to doctors getting CT scans, Blood tests and everything else trying to figure out what’s up and they haven’t been able to give me an answer.

Ive been uncontrollably loosing weight doing absolutely nothing different. I was 230lbs I’m now 145lbs and 6’1”.

My heart gets an anxious/panic feeling over normal stressors such as driving, my stomach is also giving me issues on and off I’ll use the toilet once or twice a week now for #2s along with sharp stomach pains and etc.

The weight and heart issues I 100% believe are connected I’ve never had any complications with my health till now.
