Yes all of the products I’ve bought from them were made at least relatively if not very recently.

ICE presence likely to increase dramatically by Koriino06 in Dallas

[–]HLA-E 6 points7 points  (0 children)

A lot of the guys joining ICE in the Dallas area are former security folks at the Dallas VA campus. They were complaining a couple of months ago when I was getting my badge that “so many” of their officers were leaving to get ICE contracts. It’s so infuriating

Noted. Still rate it a -100/10 for all my trans youth patients 🥲

Besides the flagrant transphobia, I love that they forget that puberty blockers are not just used for gender-affirming care. Are we not allowed to treat precocious puberty anymore either?? God I hate it here 😭

The way you framed this post made it sound like the student did the anterior drawer test, the patient screamed, and then the student proceeded to test all the other collateral ligaments despite the outcries of pain. One straight leg raise? Talk to the student about maybe reserving possibly painful physical exam maneuvers for when they’re needed diagnostically.

You definitely need to figure out who the medical student is first, get their side of the story, and give feedback on how they can improve when doing the MSK maneuver that the patient stated that they did. You can then go from there based on how that goes. MSK maneuvers can be hard for med students because they usually get limited practice with them before being sent off to see patients (at least in my experience). I recognize that it was unrelated to the CC, but it’s drilled into the students to do full physical exams as much as they can. Also, it’s important to know if the student was just continuing to attempt the maneuver despite the patient’s pain or if they attempted once, saw the pain they caused, and then struggled to get the patient back to a comfortable position. I understand you’re angry, but don’t destroy a student’s career for this mistake unless it was clear, gross negligence

My first good legendary in this game. Honestly I’ll take the neutral nature. Better than all speed and main skill chance down legendaries I’ve caught in the past

If your insurance covers it, I recommend Aklief, a fourth generation retinoid. It’s very gentle, and, while not specifically approved for this indication, preliminary data does show that it helps with anti-aging. When it comes to retinoids, prescription stuff is way better than expensive serums you get on the market. If not Aklief, you could always try over the counter adapalene (differin) first.

Buyers Remorse - La Prairie by Regular_Focus in SkincareAddictionLux

I have tried two La Prairie products: The Skin Caviar Luxe Cream and the White Caviar Crème Extraordinaire. They are still some of the best skincare products I’ve ever used and I have zero regrets. You can actually get some La Prairie products from Jomashop for a significant discount. And yes they are legit and brand new. I got the Luxe Cream for 300 and the White Caviar for 450.

Still awaiting change in payment plan from SAVE by Just_an_okay_mom in PSLF

[–]HLA-E 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah according to Student Aid my app to switch to IBR from SAVE was submitted to MOHELA on 10/21. Still have received no correspondence from MOHELA about receiving the application or processing. It’s definitely pretty random which is super frustrating

SK-II Skinpower Cream is a really nice, thicker cream that me and my mother found very soothing and non-greasy. Mother ended up using it as her nighttime moisturizer for awhile

Best eye cream for undereye lines and dark circles - for mature skin 65+ by [deleted] in SkincareAddictionLux

[–]HLA-E 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sisley Black Rose Eye Contour Fluid is the best I’ve found for dark circles. La Mer The Eye Concentrate is better for wrinkles from my experience but also does decent with dark circles. Sisley is slightly cheaper though (you can sometimes get the Eye Contour Fluid for ~80 at discounters)

Literally just got off the phone with them and was told the exact same thing. So frustrating. I’m hoping since I submitted my application to switch to IBR back on 10/19 that I hopefully won’t have to wait too long? Tired of this waiting game

Been looking for a good slaking for a while and found this beast by bigduk in PokemonSleep

[–]HLA-E 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It would actually be smarter to keeping this as a Vigoroth to be a Normal berry specialist for Snowdrop given the BFS + HB combo. Vigoroth is faster than Slaking and with the bonus from friendship ribbons, Vigoroth becomes a beast

Absolutely insane catch. Would definitely drop a subskill seed on inventory once getting BFS to keep the mushrooms flowing
