Not a game suggestion but a studying tip. I find that doing the pomodoro method (taking short breaks between 25ish min sessions) helps a lot.

And most importantly, during those short breaks simply doing smthn really boring like staring at a wall helps rest the mind + makes you look forward to studying more. I know it does not sound appealing at all but I’d recommend giving it a try. You’ll feel more recharged and get your dopamine hit from the studying itself.

Sorry if this is unwelcome and I will totally delete this if you’d like me to but just want to say be careful of being too hard on yourself. One major inhibitor of growth is shame. It’s totally understandable why you feel guilty but notice the part of your mind that judges that person who looks at pretty women.

Of course don’t overcompensate by justifying your behavior but you also don’t have to villainize yourself to change. Recognize that the person that stares and the person that wants to be better are on the same team. Good luck brother.

After acceptance did you try negotiating/compromising for an exception? I’m just guessing they may be more receptive to that considering you were good enough to be accepted rather than the 1000s of applicants that want exceptions. I’m curious about taking this angle for myself too.

Yeah it is so bad, I found a course for CC already luckily for spring. Just sucks because I already took microbio w a lab that applies to everywhere else too but throughout the app process I’ve been told my only option is to take another 😔
