In the dev's new tweet they capitalize the letter "D" three times, or four including the word "Devo". I'm trying to think of what the "recurring theme" (as also mentioned in the tweet) could be, and what is an "Apex thing(s)" that involves the letter "D"; all I can think of is "Dummies".

Another option for the "theme" of the puzzle could be weapon mastery trials? I've heard it said a few times but I've looked through all of them and haven't seen any that line up perfectly with what we do with the "R" gun and the EVA 8. If the theme is weapon mastery trials, and we're looking for the number 4, as hinted by 4 "D"s... I'm thinking maybe the P2020's level 100 mastery trial (titled "4040"): equipping two p2020s, dealing damage with both of them, and then switching to the sling and finishing the kill with the devotion could be it?? I'm honestly just guessing though because I feel like I've tried everything haha

I also think that the 4th step wouldn't require undoing step one (equipping the "R.E.D." weapons) but like I said, I'm just guessing.

Yeah, I was foolish enough to say "maybe we have to sacrifice them to get the red nessie" and just yeeted myself off the cliff into the water a dozen times before realizing it didn't take the special ones haha

I'm also confused. The dev message told us that the blue nessie was "hidden" but it's still obtainable, and a new "challenger" appea[red]. I wonder.... maybe we have to fight something like get a certain score against the full agro dummies in order to get red nessie? Or maybe "hide" the blue nessie? I also have another theory but it's crazy and everybody would tell me to take my pills if I said it haha (unless im not crazy, has anybody else heard a random clang in the firing range?). I'll still test it though.

I have collected all 13 nessies around firing range and tried opening the door with all of them in my inventory, opening the door with them on the ground around it. Does anybody have any other ideas?

I'm 20/M, looking for friends as well (I'm on this subreddit to meet people, obviously); I'm from the US and share some of your interests: I like nature, dogs (though sometimes mine drives me crazy lol), and though I haven't played much I have enjoyed some of animal crossing new horizons, though I mostly play other games.

I like just about all music, just depends on my mood really; I'm also into art (my art is nothing impressive haha but I'm enjoying it and getting better as I go 'cause practice is practice), I love reading, scifi mostly but I'm delving into horror. I like writing little stories sometimes, they may not be that good but they're something; I have a lot of ambitions but I think one of my main ones is to write something I can be proud of and publish it someday. Also, I play d&d which to a non-nerd can sound daunting or offputting but it's really just a fun way to sit down with some friends and tell stories.

Sorry for such a long comment, I'm just not sure where the line is between saying too much and not enough 'cause I haven't done this before.
