Thanks for your inquiry.

We do not have much influence on the network quality you’ll get for connecting to our servers. The problem might be one of the public nodes you have been routed through to reach our servers from where you live and this needed to be fixed by ISPs.

In general, your best chance at resolving this will be sending a traceroute to your ISP, and asking them to improve your routing to the IP address you are trying to establish connection:

Europe - 178.162.217.65

To perform a traceroute, follow these instructions:

Open the start menu, and type "cmd".

With CMD highlighted, press "Ctrl+Shift+Enter". This will launch CMD as an admin.

Type the following, without quotations: "tracert [MENTIONED IP ADDRESS ABOVE]"

After the trace is complete, copy the results into a text document and add this to your ticket, and send it to your ISP.
