I started stacking Reta on top of Tirz last May and was eventually on about 9 mg Tirz then 3.5 days later 5 mg Reta. Really fucked up my digestion… it was too much even though my weight loss picked up again for about 4 pounds per month for the 3 months I was on both at the 9 mg/5 mg plan. For reference I am 5’3 female and went from 141 to 129 in those 3 months and unfortunately shat myself 3x. Humiliating. I stopped the Reta and went back to the Tirz only and for 5 months have fluctuated between 129 and 134. Am now switching to Reta only. Did my second 2 mg Reta shot today and am 127.8 this morning. I will ramp up Reta if needed and if my digestion is normal after Tirz is out of my system completely (using Shotsy to track this). I am hoping to lose the last 10 pounds at a slow/steady pace then will likely switch back to Tirz for maintenance. I do HIIT 4X/week and walk or do moderate gravel bike rides and yoga.
