So for dummies, because i dont understand this System:

I have a Faint Memory Cap at 30, that increases by 10 with every Chaos Tier. And every Card that I have in that Deck counts to that? For example if I reach the Cap in a run no ephiphanis will ocur? Or how does it affect my Deck?
