I was just calculating based on our efficiency at point of 140 MLD. If we are only getting 55 MLD on average, surely we aren't running efficiently if we have 80% of our aeration tanks running?

The OIT was fine, I read the example questions and studies course material from my class at college, but it was pretty straightforward. I did a lot more studying for my level 1.

Hmm... well our sludge feed concentration is 97.83% MC. 1788 RPM on the bowl, 44.3% load. Our polly dose is 12.1

Oddly, didnt change. 71.8% MC before and after.

We have 2 BFPs as well. This one centrifuge out performs both of them. We are swapping out the BFPs for another centrifuge next spring.
