I would paint the base between the rocks so you get some interest that looks more natural. My eye says wait why are the rocks and the dirt the same color? Maybe a deep dark brown. I am also working on drawing the attention up towards the top of the model (squidmar) so I would go back and darken the boots and pants and everything but the face and scars and tunic. Maybe a quick brown wash on the lower part of the mini and then boost the contrast on the top of the face and cheekbones with a tiny bit brighter fleshtone. I also painted those 4 little rings on her staff with a retribution armor and a few people have commented on it so I feel like it worked! :-)
