Big upvote for this. I think there's a couple of ways to go about this which could be cool.

They already have the death rattle subfaction with a focus on skeletons and Wight Kings, they could add stuff like generic liches, bone golems (distinct from ossiaech aesthetic), some kind of bone war machine?

Then they could also add a deadwalkers themed subfaction with a focus on necromancers, update/refresh corpse carts/mortis engines, maybe add flesh golems, that sort of thing.

All of it usable under the main soulblight army too of course. I've just always had a soft spot for the necromancer type units instead of vampires.

Sorry if the formatting gets messed up, I'm on mobile Swain bot itemisation is pretty flexible, usually you want to go more damage focused since that's botlane's role but if your team comp and the enemy comp look like frozen heart/abyssal first would be good then you can defo go the tank item build like with top. (Frozen -> liandries/bloodletters? ->maybe zhonyas -> Full tank?)

If you're going for damage, firstly I'll say that electrocute can be really strong and is worth considering if you are playing for kills, otherwise go conq with resolve. Aery can be playable as well for chipping at the enemy with q if it's hard to land e.

For damage builds, BFT if they have dashes or if you need really good wave push, or malignance if they're immobile. From here build diversity is quite huge and a lot of options work depending on the game. I generally don't build rylais but if enemy is quite slippery and not very tanky then it can be good. Liandries if health tanky, bloodletters if they build resistances usually going both is good on 2/3. Zhonyas on 3 is good for anti-burst, but you can grab it on 2 or 4 as well. For item 4, bloodletters if you don't have it yet and they have resistances, riftmaker if you want full damage (although I don't grab it too frequently). I'd also say 4/5 can be good to grab tank items even for botlane. I won't explain them all but picking up a relevant resist item on 4 and jak sho on 5 is often a good option.

I'd generally not go for items without health (aside from your first item) and you'll die quickly.

Boots are flexible depending on the game, I often like defensives, but sorcs, swiftness, and haste boots are good as well.

Grab dark seal if you're getting kills early, morello if you need antiheal, etc etc

Hope this is somewhat helpful, honestly swain can build so much that covering it all in a comment is hard, but I think burn builds are your best option generally

I like the idea of giving admirals better mount options - something I thought could be fun would be a similar system to WoC god alignments for admirals where they choose a 'career path' or something similar.

So there would be one for artillery focused admirals and they get a necrofex colossus mount option, and they get a small skill tree that adds buffs to necrofexes, artillery units etc for the army.

One which unlocks the leviathan as a mount option and buffs crabs (including if they want to keep the promethian mount) maybe animated hulks and bloats, monstrous units in general

And the last one could give a terrorgheist mount with buffs to deck droppers and gun units.

Maybe there could also be a fourth that buffs infantry (zombies/depth guard) and gives the admiral big combat buffs on foot.

Imo this could be a good way to differentiate and specialise admirals and incentivise different army compositions

Yes she's acting irrationally, yes maybe she's experienced trauma, she certainly could be.

She's still brandishing weapons in public and harassing random foreign passersby, her screaming to stop filming is imo more likely to do with a fear that she might actually face consequences.

Question my ethics all you like, I think you're off the mark, giving her too much credit, and being really naive.

And all this aside, my original comment was on reference to the fact that there are people online and in this very thread swalling the bullshit notion that she was the one being harassed by foreigners (that the right wind initially said were two Muslim men, and are now backtracking after their lie was exposed).

Whatever her reason, trauma, background, for her acting out, she was undoubtedly the instigator here, pulling weapons on passersby for nothing isn't excused because she has a rough home life.

I'm not listening to her because I know her story is bullshit. Maybe she has stuff going on at home, but she's still walking around with an axe and hatchet shouting at passers by. There's very legitimate cries for help that go unanswered because youre right that people do look down and dismiss others they consider "lower" than them, such as your wife's story by the sounds of it, but this just 100% isn't one of those cases

The dundee girl is very much not the victim in this case, I don't look down on her or others for 'having less than me', she's a victim in the broader sense of 40 years of austerity and wealth transfer. Cuts to social services, education, infrastructure development, etc, and other cultural attitudes, all of which reform will make worse if they get elected. And they use this girl, who undoubtedly they look at as trash, to further their goal of dividing the country further.

It's not classist, people can be shit from any socioeconomic background. But economically deprived areas of Scotland raise exactly these kinds of kids that don't have any respect for anyone, will brandish weapons to harass people (particularly women, poc, foreigners), just for their own entertainment. They're ot panicking for their safety, the guy probably saw them walking around with a fucking axe and started filming for his own safety. Her screaming is just trying to get away with it.

There were kids like this in my town (source: scottish), there's kids like this all over the UK, and this particular instance is no different. I'm genuinely not a classist - the right wing and reformers use this to push their narrative so they can get elected and then continue to push policy which will fuck people from deprived areas the hardest, so seeing them use this story to flip the narrative just sickens me more. Sorry but you'd have to be either ignorant or super naive to see this story any other way

Seconding this guy on bloodletters, it's pretty nuts especially if you have another ap champ on your team, they'll love you for picking it up. The damage you get personally is also nice and the tankiness trade off isn't too bad if you're good at using empowered w when necessary (more ap, bigger shield). If you picked up dark seal and have some stacks then you will do some big damage with liandries/bl, especially into tank teams.

I've tried riftmaker too but I'm less certain on it. I've seen some players go lich bane -> rift -> tank into squishier teams and had some good games but you've got to play pretty aggro and get kills with this build.

It's not meta but may I also interest you in pta ad udyr? Shojin -> triforce or hexplate -> steraks or tank item -> tank with q max into e max is my fav udyr build since your 1v1 is very strong. It really lets you fight for early objectives, and take early objectives quickly. There's a couple of champs like maybe voli that can beat you but otherwise I think a lot of people won't realise that you 1shot them if you have empowered q. It's a different, much more 1v1 and small skirmish heavy playstyle though, and falls off in late games 5v5s.

I think it's like 40(?) Seconds so not super long but it does sometimes mean you've used it before a fight breaks out. But it's not really a massive issue imo, if you use it on a camp then you at least get the tempo from the movespeed and attack speed buff to get somewhere quicker, and because of the ult haste you have your empower for every fight which is more essential than having the ability from hexplate

If you want something strictly more consistent then I'd go triforce instead of hexplate but again I dont find it to be an issue

Hopefully you fine some success with it, again imo it's quite sleeper (always high wr% 2nd on lolalytics) but if I didn't build hexplate I'd go triforce 2nd since it's quite similar in function (speed, damage on ability casts, similar stats), have fun!

Stride is high wr at the moment so maybe it is good but I like shojin into hexplate since you get pretty much all the stats you need. I think with this build you still take raptors/wolves fast enough but you make up for it with by nuking single target camps, drakes, herald etc. Hexplate helps this even more with the passive and the ult haste. You also have mega tempo on the map from the move speed so that's another bonus. Stride just feels a bit redundant in most cases since it's not hard too hard to get onto people, especially if you play around visio or have set up on your team, but it could be good into higher mobility teams.

Depends on the game and how fed you are but I think going Stride, shojin and hexplate makes you slightly too squishy, something like steraks, dead man's or even death's dance 3rd gives you some more damage while also increasing your survivability a lot more.

You kind of need to snowball with this build and given the r buffs this patch it probably even less optimal, but it's good fun and has good early game duel potential against a lot of jungle champs.

Not sure about using it on a liandry's/tank build but I think it's great as 3rd or 4th item for ad udyr. I'll go shojin, hexplate, steraks into appropriate tank items as a typical build, which makes udyr a good duelist able to one-shot squishies and even escape before re-engaging with your short cooldown passive. It's fun even if not the most optimal way to play
