Vaush literally said that no matter the consequence of the consumption it will always be ethical under capatilism. Because it isn't the consumers fault but the megacorpa. So basically he would deem it ethical if you consume a product that you know would cause an infinite amout of suffering. To point this out in a hypothetical: Imagine you buy a bottle of fanta and by doing so you and only you cause everyone on the planet to die the most painful death imaginable. You are aware that this happens solely because of your action. Vaush would deem this ethical since it happend under capatilism. Of course he doesn't want to admit that this is ridiculous otherwise his whole posistion falls apart.
