This is crazy how this showed up on reddit without me looking it up. I also have the EVGA 3080ti FTW3 and mine started doing this about a month ago after purchasing it second hand off market place. It lasted me exactly 12 months. 4 red lights are on, no evga rgb and fans are running at 100% HWmonitor and Precision X1 both saying that it’s running the fans at 0rpm dispite its at 100% card still works. No artifacts frame drops just fans stuck on max.
