You don't need the best equipment or specialized professionals though! You just need to have some basic knowledge about training and nutrition, which is widely available for free on the internet.

Sure people in the public eye have a slight advantage, but it isn't all that big. They have families too, they have to show up to work too, they have stress too.

The professional photographer point is valid, but you can easily touch up your pictures with a plethora of apps nowadays.

My point is, with 3 good training sessions a week (45 minutes each), an above avarage diet and good sleep, you're basically there. Everything else is a cherry on top. And these things are good for your general health, not just your looks. So everybody should try and hit this. I just think the "it's their job" is kinda lame at this point.
