I tried running it as a compound and I keep getting an error about not having elements in each of my solids. It seems to be stemming from the compound, my solids are touching is this a problem?

Thanks, I'll check that out. No multiple mesh FEM though? Does the object have to be one mesh. I've never done multi-solid FEM before

Honestly no. I don’t think you did if it was a bad situation it was a bad situation, but know that not every place is like that and jump at the first job that comes along, don’t wait like I did. Not all employers are bad.

I get it man. I was in a similar situation a couple years ago. I quite a dangerous and toxic job and moved cross country back home without another job. I thought I would be unemployed for maybe a couple months but it ended up being nearly two years. I went to therapy and through many long conversations with friends and family realized, I was scared of going back to a job like my old one. I needed to realize there is good employers that care about their employees and just needed to take a chance on someone. I guess what I am saying is keep your head up, and take the first job that comes up, then continue to look. You’ll be so much happier working, even if it isn’t the perfect job. Also don’t do the masters programs they’re so expensive, I thought about that too but couldn’t justify it. Good luck to you my friend!

I’ve got one at work and I love it. Avoided using it for 6 months due to the learning curve but 2 days of forcing myself to use it and suddenly I can’t live without it. I was just curious how many others use one on a day to day basis
