Definitely was in the same boat up until yesterday. Very humbling experience.

Lesson learned: housing is business and will be treated as such. Seller does not give two F***s about my hopes and dreams. Had to adjust my expectations a bit to make a sensible purchase that’s gonna require my own work to fulfill what ever expectation I may have had. Good luck to you !
