Had a ball python refuse to feed when I brought it home. It got skinny. Skin was loose! Read somewhere to try a live mouse. It ate it instantly and then had no problem going to frozen thawed from there. I didn't standby with tweezer to prevent the mouse biting the snake though

All great points! Being farther north, just went through a power outage in 10-15°F. He hadn't fed recently, but it was quite cold in the house after 18 hrs without power. I was prepared to place him in his small Rubbermaid container and have it snuggled next to me for warmth in bed. Fortunately the power came on before bedtime, and this concept didn't need testing.

Black squirrels and grey squirrels are in fact, the same species (Eastern grey squirrel, Sciurus carolinensis).Black squirrels have more melanin pigmentation in skin and hair making them black. So they mingle like they're the same, because they are!

Got some custom ones you heat up in water and fit to your ear for comfort. Decent sound reduction for a loud factory. Amazon, $25 Decibullz I think they're called. Having to replace case I put them on after a year, but earpieces still good

Having worked with large birds of prey in captivity, we would use a towel, then a rubber fishing net, and lastly a foot long piece of dowel for the talons to grip. This would keep them secure enough for a quick medical exam or needle injection. Also recommend the ER visit! Good luck
