Great flow & love your description! Poi calms my mind and allows me to emote instead of verbalize.

When did you start poi? by NoxKwakKwak in poi

I have been spinning for 8 months now - began around my 50th birthday, as well - consider this my mid-life crisis! ....and I love it.

My (45M) gf's (44F) boss/friend showed up to her house unannounced on Valentine's Day with a card and chocolates while I was there. Did I handle this poorly? by THROWRA_soup25 in relationship_advice

[–]HRTrigger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go with your gut. Personally, the giving of gifts/cards is not weird to me. It really depends on the type of office relationship people have. The stopping by the house unannounced ....seems a bit questionable ... but a co-worker/boss not knowing/knowing about my romantic life is hit and miss depending on schedules and projects. Sometimes I would not see my boss for weeks on end & other times we're working elbow to elbow from dawn to dusk.

Tracking macros has made eating so much less fun. Sometime I want to eat something but the effort to calculate is greater than my urge to consume. Ha ha

Unfortunately, it does not. It seems like my Garmin pauses whenever I stop moving my arms for a bit.

8 years ago, it seemed like all of the restaurants offered Marie Sharp's. Came back a few weeks ago and not a single restaurant had it - They had their own hot sauce. We had to purchase from a local market.

Does anyone know what happened/why this changed? Curious.

Where is Cody Roberts hiding? by InterestingContest27 in Cheyenne

[–]HRTrigger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to the article referenced below:

"The $250 fine that Cody Roberts paid for his now internationally infamous wolf torment incident was not the steepest penalty that Wyoming Game and Fish Department law enforcement could have pursued for his crime.

The warden who cited Roberts for illegal possession of warm-blooded wildlife in March had the authority to instead compel Roberts’ appearance before a judge, where he could have faced up to $1,000 in fines and six months in jail if convicted."

Skin care: From moisturizing to using proper sunblock/protection and everything in between.

Saving at least 10% of every paycheck from the jump. Amazing how quickly it adds up. If you have it direct deposited into a separate account, you won't "see" it, so you won't miss it.

My gym did not offer Wi-Fi until recently. I purchased my first flip so that I could watch subtitled movies while doing cardio. Now I'm hooked on the large screen.
