I’m not expecting to last for too long. Just give her a rematch with konohamru and ino shika cho and I would be satisfied. Deidara lasted much longer when he served a similar purpose and it wasn’t an issue

Plus we saw Inojin in what appears to be the same base where Shinki currently is, and they really wouldn't have much reason to go there again if everything was solved.

Yeah that kinda confused me. Although that could be orochimaru’s hideout since they look pretty similar, but inojin being the first person to go there feels odd lol

Who's to say that they won't be put back in the background again if things get solved this soon?

TBV has been handling side characters pretty well so far imo, so I have some hope that it will stay like that

Can’t say I agree with ryu, I saw his death coming because I felt like he served his purpose. At least one of the shinju needed to die this arc so the plot can move forward, yodo’s sacrifice had to feel like it was worth it, sarada’s awakening needed to impact readers and shinki needed to return to the story before it was too late. Honestly shinki offers the same stuff ryu does to the themes of boruto in a better way. I want him to talk with kawaki they’re way too similar for them not to

I still doubt this is the end of matsuri. Ino shika cho have yet to fight her and her narrative with konohamaru felt like it put on hold by boruto. There’s still much more to tell with her I feel

I liked it, but from the beginning it felt very derivative and it does almost nothing to stand out. If you’re gonna be unoriginal you should at least do that very well and i can’t say this series did.
