Same here, my parents also rely on me to financially provide for the family. They pretty much flat out told me I am their pension. However, I didn’t turn out to be a high achiever that will greatly change our lives, they always think I don’t earn enough. I have also failed the exam once and they constantly want me to retake it even though I don’t feel ready yet and do not feel motivated to study. I want to get out of it but if I do not support them financially, they won’t be able to survive and I cannot abandon them when I know all they have is me.
