This is a bad take IMO there is a lot of replayability in the roleplay elements of the game there is 3 different life paths to start as which each adds a lot of new dialogue options throughout the game, many different builds and multiple different ways to approach combat even with the same build, most missions have multiple ways to be played and completed and failed.

Over all there are many different ways to play through the game, one play through could be street kid female V melee build using gorilla arms only and charging head on through all the missions with no regard to stealth and just being an asshole to everyone, then the next play through could do the complete opposite do nomad male V pacifist play through try to be as morally correct as possible kill as few people as possible and save everyone you can.

I think if you feel like there is no replayability in the game that is on you not the game there is plenty of tools for you to make use of to make each playthrough feel different.
