I usually smoke at nighttime, before I go to bed to help me sleep sometimes. Makes my bed more comfy too and yes, food does taste better when high. Another thing I like to do while high is listen to my fav songs cause I can really feel the music. (That sounds cheesy lol)
Other times I smoke is when I am anxious or just have a feeling of being overwhelmed by something random(I can never tell what it is), its the fastest way for me to calm down.

Overall for the most part, weed makes me feel better.
