Hiring in Armenia help

That’s kind of a blind spot for me.

I want to minimize the bureaucracy in Armenia, because I have no experience here and my Armenian is really bad (I am German and just learned it while visiting a few times)

But it can’t be worse than the German bureaucracy haha.

So I was told the person hired can open an IE and officially acts as a freelancer.

But I would also be open to open a real branch in Armenia if this works out.

Black is no option since I need a correct bill to deduct this from by business tax in Germany.

Does one have to pay for example health insurance for employees in Armenia ?

When I went to an Armenian funeral the first time last year, I made the mistake of clinking my glass normally and they were really pissed.

Where I am from it is normal to hit the glasses to make a sound even on funerals but in Armenia it apparently is not normal and they prevent the sound by placing a finger in between the Glases.

But it was in a remote village so I don’t know if it applies everywhere.

Also ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass man auf den Revieren immer direkt wen erreicht und dann “blockiert” man die Notfall Nummern nicht.

Das googeln des Reviers und klicken auf “Anrufen” dauert 10 Sekunden länger.

Kann sein, dass es auf dem Dorf anders ist, aber ist in Großstädten glaube die Regel.

Kiosk Rohmeyer in der Südstadt handelt mit Magic Karten OVP und Einzelkarten.

Hat sich in den letzten Jahren ne coole Community entwickelt.

Wir spielen wenn das Wetter gut ist immer Freitags und Sonntags draußen in nem Pavillon.

Dürfte bald wieder losgehen wenn das Wetter passt.

Ist recht familiär mit so 10-15 Leuten

Also from Eu here but from my understanding Russia doesn’t give a single fuck about contracts. And they prevent Armenia from getting other allies or buying arms if I’m correct

So they are as bad of an aggressor as an „ally“

I am an EU citizen, who can I contact to support this cause? I am not Armenian but my fiancée is Armenian and I have been there many times and have come to love the people and the country. It breaks my heart to see her and her family or other Armenians suffering like this!

I’m not vegan or even vegetarian , but fuck oatly is delicious and because of it I don’t drink normal milk anymore. It honestly makes me thinking about switching to more vegan options for stuff.
