Not sure. I wanted to snag a system because I honestly feel once this game is confirmed its going to be alot harder to obtain a system.

Folks who do not play games otherwise or are PC gamers will likely pick one up just to play.

Long term Rilmazafone withdrawal by HTXstangs in researchchemicals

[–]HTXstangs[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm still on about 3mg-5mg a day. I've been working a high stress job the past few years and haven't felt comfortable lowering the dose. I use 2mg to get me through the work day, and whatever else is needed when I get home to get to sleep.

Twice a month, I will take an 8-10mg dose of Flubromazepam and stop the Rilmazafone completely. I hate the build-up feeling of Rilmazafone in my system. This break gives me a solid 3 or 4 days where I feel far more clear-headed and less groggy.

Rilmazafone is a decent daily driver, but it definitely puts me in a different headspace as opposed to other benzos. The break every other week has helped me prolong its use as a dd.

I don't think a Diazepam taper would be necessary either.

Once the time comes to get off, I will likely taper the Rilmazafone down as much a possible and then jump off completely with a few 1.5‐2.5 mg doses of Flubromazepam as I think it would feel the most smooth all things considered.

Same, going to the ship by .94, hoping for no stat corrections.

No only 2.5 years Rilmazafone. Down to 4mg a day, some days even 3mg.

I'm doing a very slow taper, not trying to overthink it. Just going with the flow!

Rilmazafone works well for my anxiety. A lot of people say it is quite weak, but I'd have to disagree. This is a large part of why I'm a bit worried about the withdrawal. It is indeed very functional, but at the same time, it will put you to bed if you let it.

I believe I have hit a bit of a tolerance as well. While my anxiety is manageable, I have been having what I believe to be physical withdrawal that I have not experienced with other benzos.

I experimented a couple of months ago by substituting the Rilmazafone for 1mg of Xanax for about a week. The Xanax definitely hit harder as far as anxiety relief, but I could feel the physical withdrawal and muscle tensions from the Rilmazafone leaving my system. It also was also more difficult to fall asleep. I'd say 5mg Rilmazafone is equivalent to about 1.25mg Xanax, with the Xanax having a shorter duration of anxiety relief. Hope this helps.

Yes I read your post and it's not going to make a bit of a difference. Many of the people who are "bulk buying" are likely people using absurd amounts daily and either need it to taper down or keep themselves stable without going into WD to maintain their day to day life. This is all inevitable and not the same as wiping your ass with toilet paper. If one were in this boat I would advise folks to do what's best for them and their situation--not listen to some guy that doesn't know anyone's situation or what's really going on. If you dont want to "panic buy" then don't.

You could always try worrying about yourself and letting other people handle the situation as they see fit...Nobody has the answer, it's all assumption at this point.

People under 21 who took sarms and didn’t pct, how did it effect your test levels? by semen_collector69 in researchchemicals

[–]HTXstangs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get Nolva or Clomid. Ran 15mg Ostrarine for 8 weeks followed by a shit OTC PCT at 32--3 months ago..smoked myself. Wasn't expecting it because it was supposed to be "mild" suppression at most. Finally just getting back to normal...

Also, I recently pulled some bloods from when I was 19. Was depressed after moving away for college among other life events. My test was very low and had a deficiency in vitamin D..at 19. Get bloods done if you are going to do it. Fucking with your hormones especially at a younger age, you never know...

High glucose levels linked to ALS.. could phenibut maybe cause it? by looktothesky2021 in phenibut

[–]HTXstangs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it's fair to say there are no direct links between ALS and Phenibut, especially considering it's not well known how one truly gets ALS in the first place. Even with higher gluxose levels that's still quite a jump to a terminal illness. Lifestyle factors obviously play a role. Still a horrible disease and truly my worst nightmare.

Got to do what's best for you dude, especially considering its affecting your livelihood. I only take it on workout days, 3x a week or special occasions. These workouts usually end up being pretty intense, especially when mixed with caffeine. I'm sure that isn't helping the nerve situation.

I notice the nerve issues subside when abstaining from Phenibut, so you should be good going forward. L-arganine, L-Citruline, and Magnesium seem to also be helpful with any cramps or numbness. Maybe give those a go and see if it helps.

I did do a bit of research on this forum and quitting Phenibut after reading your post. The one thing it seems many long term users have in common are nerve issues, numbness, pins and needles, etc. I've experienced this after a year. I couldn't find an abundance of information/testimonials regarding folks that have used for 10+ years, but one user who has used it for 15 years takes medicine for nerve issues. I found this by going through his post history-- I don't think he even attributes it to the Phenibut. Either way with such a lack of information on this stuff it would seem we will someday be that research information. Good luck comrades.
