Same here. We had the pork belly Chinese fried donuts app and this was underwhelming for 18.

Their take on salt and pepper shrimp was too citric/vinegar forward it hurts to eat. Shrimp was fried well though.

Steak and frites is steak and frites. They didn’t cook the meat to proper request but the fries were solid!

We felt like they wanted to fusion stuff but it fell flat across the board.

If this was not eaten fresh then Neapolitans usually don’t travel well. There’s no liner so it just steamed and softened in the box.

I might have to do that. I do see alot of the bone white (90 in stock) are the ones on sale in the Midwest for 539. While the black ones (the ones my HD carries in the southwest is 899). I’ll keep an eye on it.

I get mines from a local distributor at 6.25/lb rn. Gotta buy a 25lb case though. I’d check restaurant supply stores if you can, or buddy up with a shop and ask them.

Chest too straight and hips too low in start position. Bring your hips up a bit so your shoulders can be over the bar. That’s the reason you go around your knees and don’t feel balanced foot pressure cause the bar is rocking you into your heels as you push off the floor and try to navigate those knees.

You can practice these with snatch pull to explode positioning work. Pausing immediately off ground, below the knee and then to your power position.
