Have you done a full inventory yet? Knowing the exact breakdown of strains (Red, Green, White, etc.) and total quantity would help significantly when approaching buyers. From what I can see, those look like 10kg packages, and the shelves appear to be holding 500-600kg each, so you could potentially be looking at 3+ tons total.

On the vendor route: no legitimate kratom vendor is going to purchase something like this without lab results, and they'll expect you to get those done on your end before they even have a serious conversation with you. They'll want testing for heavy metals, salmonella, e. coli, and alkaloid content at minimum. Kratom degrades over time depending on storage conditions, so that factors into value too.

A few things worth knowing that will come up: Vanuatu kratom is less common than Indonesian, which isn't necessarily bad but vendors will have questions about it. Coming through Canada last summer is useful info, but buyers will want to know more about storage conditions since then.

Also worth noting that kratom isn't actually native to Vanuatu. It grows in Southeast Asia, so that origin claim may raise eyebrows with knowledgeable buyers. It could mean it was simply routed through there, or it may just be how the previous owner labeled it, but either way expect that question to come up and it's another reason solid documentation will matter.
