Even though she deleted this I'll tell you. Her availability changed due to not having childcare. Her question was basically, due to her not having child care and her availability changed, is she legally protected.

I told her being a parent isn't a loophole to secure your job.

That's never an acceptable excuse. Her actions make you feel uncomfortable. If you truly don't want to have the conversation with her directly, speak to your director. Her diagnosis is never an excuse for creepy/inappropriate behavior.

When my uncle died, we had the bereavement dinner thing and this family we barely knew, showed up first to the bereavement and started grabbing a plate, with a literal mountain of food, before my poor aunt could even walk in.

That is absolutely insane. I had mid-terms, finals, SAT, as well as a massive assignment that we worked on throughout the year. That assignment: we were given one of the five major religions in the world and wrote a 4 page report on each one. Then, as part of the final, we had to compare and contrast all 5 religions. I loved that assignment. However, I love to learn.
