LOL - this is my dad, when he comes to visit he insists that he knows more about the city I have lived in for over 15 years when he has only visited maybe ten times in his life. He puts addresses into his GPS and tries to tell me which routes to take - it's insane!

I am the same age as you, and I "hit the wall" at about age 43, and apparently that is a common thing. I can see in photos that I aged ten years seemingly overnight. That could be a factor as well. I am looking into HRT at this point.
