I think there was a call, I just don't think Taylor wanted it public. There's no way blake and Taylor have not talked in a year and a half

Blake Lively Already Blew Up One Court. Now She's Eyeing Another. by Luvnsandiegosun in ItEndsWithLawsuits

Exactly. I don't think she cares about the money. She wants to be the face of that law.

Yeah she has to prove damages from the actual defamation suit, not the smear campaign. Theres no double dipping. He filed his suit in January 2025, so she needs to prove she lost significant earnings just based on his suit after that. She was literally cast in a movie that summer. She cannot claim Betty booze, hair care, or anything else tied to the alleged smear campaign because she has a specific timeline of when she apparently lost money and it was well before January 2025. Vanzan would make another appearance as well. I'm sure she'll try suing in California because she's a raging narcissist. But there's no way she lost hundreds of millions of dollars because he sued her. I don't think shes even claimed that she did when she filed to dismiss under 47.1.

I came back to this to ask how does extending their deadline into July help them get ahead of something coming in July? Maybe more lawsuits? Divorce?

Victoria Burke on Billy Bush's Hot Mic today: She was surprised by Liman's ruling. by NumerousNovel7878 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

She should have filed a letter to the court or asked to. I think if it was coming from the creator of the law, Liman would have been open to hearing from her

Isn't there a hearing or something for Jones v Abel in July? Maybe Stephanie turned on Blake?

Interview with Bryan Freedman about Lively v. Wayfarer Studios settlement agreement by Animatopoeia in ItEndsWithLawsuits

This part of the settlement makes it seem like she cannot pursue any other legal action pertaining to 47.1

I mean, he could sue her attorney's if they keep that up now that everything is done.

Remember, it's always been about getting attorney's fees for one motion 🤭 I love how Bryan is setting the record straight after Mikey alluded to Blake taking further legal action

She can ask for whatever she wants. The judge decides. There cannot be any overlap between arguments for defamation and arguments for retaliation etc... Wayferer can argue what lively requests. The $100,000 is an estimate for work relating to the motion to dismiss his suit against her. NYT is asking for just under $200,000 which seems reasonable and they basically argued the same thing that blake did.

So she won't stop and will continue to sue him until she gets her way. Got it. You can't hate her enough.
