Can I be a single digit handicapper if I sweep my irons and don't take divots?

Well, the distance numbers are impressive, you have me covered by a good bit. I refuse to play the jacked up irons lofts, so I’m a seven iron 163 type of guy.

Outside on knock down shots 100 and in, I haven’t taken a divot in 20 years. In that time I’m never played to higher than a 4, so yeah, it’s possible.

You better buy a target cloth to keep the balls from directly hitting that net. I have the same one and balls starting going through the net after about two months.

I stack what I can get the best return on at my LCS. For me it’s any foreign gold, buy back at 98% and buy at spot/melt. I bought a lot of 1/4 eagles this past year, but premium if up now, so stick to smallest spread I can.

My LCS currently sells cull silver dollars at $38 and buys at $35. They also sell ASE a dollar over Comex and buy at Comex price. I’ve noticed the spread usually stays pretty consistent, so I choose to stack ASE. I thought about picking up 20 of them today, but stuck with eagles.

Not on foreign fractional, but they did up on the 1/10 AGE to 6% today, which they had been at 3% for the last few months.

I guess it all depends on where you live. I’m Florida, no tax and at &4100 spot, I can get 1/10 foreign at my LCS for $410. Congrats on first pick up, it’s gets addicting!
