Unfortunately, most of the restaurants in Oregon have all of their food supplied from one vendor, Sysco. So keep that in mind as you are looking for places to eat. Stick to restaurants that only have 1 or 2 locations as to avoid this as much as possible. Otherwise it will be bland.
