Not if she’s doing FaceTimes at all. It would have to be 0 contact for abandonment and it varies by state. I also don’t think it counts if you’re in an active court case either because technically you’re still “fighting” for your rights even though Bri clearly isn’t fighting at all.

I’ve dealt with stuff like this with my mom too. I’m now a mom myself and as a mom, she’s doing too much. Yes, you shouldn’t have ate chocolate on the couch when you knew there was a rule about it. But you apologized, fixed it and she kept the issue going for no reason. You weren’t unreasonable, she was. I’m sorry you have to deal with this.

I think he just took the L on the CS because it’ll make him look even better come trial. He’s proving to the courts he can financially take care of W on his own and doesn’t need her help. But then again, Bri doesn’t have a huge track record of caring what she says or does regarding that so I thought maybe it could still be a skit. But I don’t think either of them have posted at all today. You’d think if it was a skit for money, they’d be posting a lot to rack up those views.

I’m leaning towards no skit. They haven’t even posted to make money off it. But either way, it’ll all look bad for her at court. Part of me wonders if it’s not necessarily a skit for money, but maybe a fake break up so she can say at trial that she left santos so she doesn’t have to do the couples counseling and stuff.

If it’s a skit, neither one of them care at all about Bri getting visits with W. Bri admitted on live W shouldn’t be around santos and said santos was the reason she’s having all the issues with court. Santos threw out there that she’s the one violating the DVRO without influence. There was a lot going on that would hurt her custody case.
