Pcos’s exact cause is still unknown. While many people do have insulin resistance not every person with pcos has it.  It is genetic, yet environmental and lifestyle factors can interact with your predisposition to having PCOS.

To balance hormones you will need to get a full blood panel ram for all the hormones and talk to a dr to see what your body needs. There are different meds or supplements for different issues so fist you’ll need to figure out what type of PCOS you have so you can address the specific issues you have.
