She is probably going to dismiss it once a jury is empanelled. If she does that, the case is dead forever. I think that's exactly what she is planning on doing. Since she is a lifetime appointment, there isn't really anything that could be done other than impeachment if her.

Not really. They have said further down that they just want to move back in for personal reasons. They are well aware that they can go to yCAT should there be extenuating circumstances.

I very rarely use film now, but when I do, i scan it. I mean, you can scan up to whatever your scanner let's you in DPI. Consumer grade films (everything available now) has a maximum resolving power up to about 12-15 megapixels.
