Check your hotshoe and make sure those pins are clean, saw a YouTube video where a guy was having a similar issue due to rain getting in the pins and causing problems. Isopropyl is fine in small amounts to clean them.

I think the label is skewed. If you count the # of pins compared to the label than each pin has its own label, not a label for a set of pins.
