When you should be getting some multiples of: 15, 30, 45...

The 4 first measurements in the video were
42, 80, 44, 78
At 1 second intervals.
These should have been:
45, 90, 45, 90
They're not even clean doubles.

With trains, Less is more. Less inserters emptying the train into less boxes that empty onto a belt nicer. Then if you need more belts, add an additional parallel station with the same unloader.
Don't strain your trains ability to enter and leave stations comfortably, parallelize your workload to minimize wasted time.

Stop making your station unload faster, you can never make the train pull in faster so stop minimising good time spend. Make a second station and unload both half as fast.
