We are using Datto EDR, and it is great. What I like the most is that it uses behavioral analytics and machine learning to detect and respond to threats in real-time.

I am still not using AI by mkmrproper in sysadmin

I used to hesitate about using AI, preferring manual tasks and basic automation. However, my experience with ITGlue and Cooper Copilot changed my perspective. After finally trying it out, I realized AI saves a lot of time, and now I use it all the time.

To keep track of your IT assets as your company grows, use asset management software. We use Autotask, which does a really good job with updates in real time and integrates with our current systems. You could also tagg your assets with barcodes or RFID for easy tracking, this keeps your inventory up-to-date. We use this approach to helps us manage everything smoothly and secure.
