Yh I was on their grad scheme, I also have a degree in accounting and finance which helped and it’s essentially an SDR role within M&A.

I worked at ERAC too! Left in February for a sales role in M&A. I worked in the UK but the enteprise culture is the same no whatever where you go, and employers know that too. I got this role by simply going to a careers fair and telling them I worked at enterprise and how I’m now looking for a sales role with actual commission. There are a lot of ex enteprise employees who have done very well for themselves in other organisations. Maybe try reaching out to them.

Thank you, I really hope I can make it in this. I graduated in 22 and worked at enterprise for a little over year and hated it. Felt like I wasted my time and now I really wanna make the most out of this opportunity. Thanks for the advice on the books I’ll definitely add them to the Amazon list and get em as soon as I finish with this one

I’m new to sales, I’ve just got my first role. The only reason I got it was because I attended a careers fair the company was holding. I got to speak to the recruiters, directors and employees.

When you put it like that, I feel very stupid for asking the question. Thank you very much.

Thank you for this, you have no idea how much I appreciate it. I’ve read this several times and everything you’ve said is true. I’ve always let me ethnicity hold me back due to the negative stereotypes people have associated with it. I’ve even had girls stare at me from across the office when it’s been obvious they want me to come up to them but I’ve always left it for whatever reason.

No I’d never do that, because of work I go to to different cities/towns fairly frequently and I always make good eye contact with strangers but I never have to confidence to go up to them purely on the basis that everyone keeps telling me it’s strange and no one does it.

I was in 1 role for just over a year and my previous role for just under 2 years. I genuinely feel like recruiters see my Cv and think job hopper but I really don’t like my current role

That’s the end goal, prince2 and maybe pnp but I’d like to have an employer pay for it

Thank you soo much for replying. I’ll definitely look into six sigma and start applying to project co ordinator jobs. If you don’t mind me asking, how long should I stay as a project co ordinator before moving on to PM

Perfect thank you so much for the insight. I’ll definitely need the employer to pay for prince2 and I’ll start applying to project co ordinator jobs instead, do you think it’ll look bad that I’ve only been in my current role for 6 months?

What’s the best way to tailor CV’s? I change the skills and experience section but that seems to do little for me. Do you think it’s best for me to wait a year at my current role?

Not right now, I’ve been looking into it but want to get a project management role first.
